Energy and Time

Interesting article in the Harvard Business Review:  Manage your Energy, not your Time.

Summary:

  • You’ll be more productive if you spend less time at your desk and more time renewing your energy
  • You can renew your energy by:
    • Reducing unhealthy habits
    • Exercising more
    • Sleeping a decent amount each night
    • Taking walks during the day
    • Having more frequent, smaller meals
